Grounded in real-world Incident Command System (ICS) experience—including certified Planning and Logistics Section Chief roles—our work goes beyond compliance to build systems that function during actual incidents. We develop Emergency Operations Plans, deliver targeted training, and design exercises that prepare staff to make effective decisions under pressure.
